National Derailment Management Forum – 15-16 March 2016

RISSB’s National Derailment Management Forum will be held on the 15th and 16th of March at the Australian Technology Park on Locomotive St Eveleigh NSW.

The forum will provide you with the opportunity to learn from organisations’ occurrences and examine relevant case studies to gain additional details relating to these trends and learn how organisations have addressed systemic issues within their systems.

4 key areas will be reviewed in the forum:
• Human Factors
• Track Infrastructure
• Rolling Stock
• Operational

The forum will be chaired by Carolyn Walsh, the Commisioner of the ATSB
