Train Control Interoperability Project Moving Forward RISSB is making great progress in this phase of the project exploring technological solutions to interoperability, and funding models. Targeted interviews with key stakeholders around the country are being established now to inform the work going forward which will dovetail into the Government’s National Rail Action Plan. Horizons Graduate Delivers User Interface Design Master Class More than 250 people attended Tuesday's MasterClass webinar to watch Ronan McInerney's compelling presentation on the consequences of poor user interface design. Medical Standards Under the Microscope The Chief Medical Officers Council (CMOC) will meet on Monday 31 August 2020. The major topic for discussion will be the National Standard for Health Assessment of Rail Safety Workers with the Council to hear from NTC on timing of the next review of the Standard. Issues such as lipid testing and obstructive sleep apnoea will be discussed at the meeting and there will be a presentation on the RIW scheme.
